Screw-Retained with Ti-Base (Premanufactured)
- Manufactured in different heights with fixed geometry.
- Standard sizes available to fit individual needs.
- Often the most cost-effective option and requires less chair time at delivery.
- Recommended primarily for posterior crowns.
- Provides a life-like emergence profile.
- Fabricated to seat over the Ti base and luted with Bond cement over a Key Lock Ti base.
Angled Screw-Retained Channel Abutment (Limited Implant System)
- Allows placement of the screw access hole anywhere between 0–25° in a 360° radius.
- Requires a specific star driver for each implant system.
- Improves esthetics by allowing the screw access to be angled toward the occlusion or lingual, rather than the facial or incisal edge.
Cement-Retained Custom Abutment (Custom Made)
- Custom fabricated to your patient’s specifications (emergence profile, height, margin placement).
- Helps achieve full-body abutment strength, healthy soft tissue contours, and optimal crown esthetics.
- Custom Ti-Abutments take longer to fabricate due to individualized design.
Screw-Mentable Custom Ti-Abutment (Custom Abutment + Crown with Access Hole)
- Cemented in the lab (optional).
- Combines the benefits of a custom Ti-Abutment with the retrievability of a screw-retained crown.
- Supports all major implant platforms.
